Come and enjoy a glass of wine or soft drink with lunch after learning how to make fresh tagliatelle pasta and an Italian-style alla vodka sauce. During the class, with my presentation and guidance, you will gain a skill for life.

The course is a combination of demonstration and hands-on experience.
You will master the preparation, kneading, and cutting techniques of the pasta.
You will also get the instruction on the pasta sauce and make it yourself.
Both of these are made with the 5 Element Cooking Method for the best flavour.

Group size: up to 6 students

Price: £79pp

Welcome: Meet me over a cup of tea, coffee or a soft drink.

The class: Pasta making followed by sauce making. Each student at their individual workstation.
